Location: The Danish Canadian Club (727 – 11 Avenue SW, Calgary, T2R 0E3)
Time of Event: Doors will be open at 5pm. (It is recommended that you arrive early to view and bid on silent auction items as well as have a few cocktails before the evening begins)..
…………………*Please note that there will be a cash bar provided separately from the event monies by the Danish Club
…………………* Please note that there WILL be child minding by volunteers provided by Hope for Healing (price included in the cost of tickets)
…………………* Dress code is formal. Please no jeans.
The evening, if all goes to plan, will look something like this:
5:00pm – Guests arrive, have cocktails & bid on auction items
5:45pm – Dinner
- This is a buffet affair consisting of the very best AAA Alberta sirloin roast beef served with rosemary infused potatoes, red wine jus vegetables and a delightful tangy horseradish & red wine reduction gravy. Assorted appetizers, salads and desserts will also be available.
6:30pm – Short presentation
- Special interviews with key persons to the cause
7:00pm – Special musical performances by various vocal & instrumental artists
